HOUSING AND GRADUATE CREDIT INFORMATION

HOUSING
:

Housing accommodations are available in Traditions Hall or Santa Fe Hall, premium dorms located near the College of Music. The cost is $21.50 per night for a single room with a suited bath. This cost includes linens.

Housing reservations and payments will be made directly through housing services. Make reservations by calling UNT Housing at 940-565-2894. In order to be assured of room availability, please make your room reservations by May 15.


GRADUATE CREDIT:

Any of the CCSME workshops may be taken for graduate credit. Registration and payment of tuition will be handled directly through the UNT Registrar’s Office.

Those who desire to obtain graduate credit for any of the CCSME workshops must be current students of the university or must submit a graduate admissions application and college transcripts by March 15, 2008 and then must be accepted to the university. You may apply as a non-degree seeking or degree seeking student. If you are seeking a music education master’s degree, the transcript will be sent to the College of Music for approval. UNT applications may be obtained by calling 940-565-2636 or by downloading an application at www.unt.edu.

Once you have been admitted to the university, you may obtain a Schedule of Classes online at https://my.unt.edu. First, obtain an EUID by clicking onto the link at the right "Activate my EUID" and by following the instructions. After obtaining the EUID and your password, sign in. Click the link "For Students". The next page will give links that include "Registering for Classes" with "Schedule of Classes" and links for "Student Accounting" such as "Make a payment," "My Account Summary", and "UNT Tuition and Fees". Use these links for registering and paying. You will not be billed for tuition by mail. Use this website to determine payment deadlines. Pay your balance using this website. These classes will not have a restriction code on them.

*Kodály and Orff students who participate in the year-round programs with Plano ISD (Kodály) or Richardson ISD (Orff Schulwerk) will register and pay for these classes in Summer, 2008 and will receive their grades and credit in the Spring, 2009 semester, upon completion of the coursework.
