Jazz Repertory Ensemble Concerts
July 4, 4pm - CBMF Patriotic Concert (outdoor stage, Center for the Arts)
The program will feature instrumental and vocal patriotic pieces and classic marches.
July 5, 7:30pm - CBMF An Evening of Big-Band Swing Favorites (indoor stage, Center for the Arts)
The program will feature the music of Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, Count Basie, Duke Ellington, and Woody Herman. Instrumental and vocal selections will include "Apple Honey," "Begin the Beguine," "Don't Be That Way," "A String of Pearls," "Beautiful Friendship," "Moonlight Serenade," "Song of India," "Tuxedo Junction", "One O'Clock Jump," and "Sing, Sing, Sing.".
