The Dean's Camerata. A society at the University of North Texas College of Music formed at the new millennium. Members include music lovers and philanthropists with a common goal to further the rich musical tradition at UNT.

The College of Music is among the largest, most comprehensive music schools in the country. It is internationally renowned for its jazz studies program, and is highly acclaimed for its instrumental and vocal ensembles, keyboard, composition and scholarly programs, as well as its teacher training. With its acoustically magnificent Winspear Hall and the dynamic Lyric Theater in the Murchison Performing Arts Center, the College of Music is a hub of North Texas cultural life.
